Worship sets
A worship set is the list of songs from a service, attached to that week’s episode. The app lists the songs so people can play them in Apple Music or Spotify. Every song you add is also saved to your Songs, so you can reuse it next time with its CCLI # and music links.
Add songs to a worship set
When you create or edit an episode, find Worship songs. To change an existing set, go to Community → Podcast, select the Worship tab, and select the set.
Search or paste a link
In Search songs or paste an Apple Music / Spotify link, type a song title or artist. Results show:
- Songs you’ve used before, marked Your songs.
- Matches from Apple Music and Spotify, with the album, length, and which service has it (Apple, Spotify).
- Add “…” as a new song, for a song that isn’t on Apple Music or Spotify.
You can also paste a song link from Apple Music or Spotify to add that exact song.
Pick a song
Select a result, or use the arrow keys and press ↵. It’s added to the end of the set. Songs already in the set show In set.
Put them in order
Drag a song by its handle to reorder the set. Select × next to a song to take it out. The bottom of the list shows how many songs there are and the total length, in minutes.
Save
Select Save (or Create episode for a new one). The songs are saved with the episode.
Under each song, Apple and Spotify are highlighted when the song is on that service. A greyed-out label means there’s no match yet. You can fix the match in Songs.
Import a playlist
If you already build the set as a playlist, you can bring all its songs in at once.
- Paste an Apple Music playlist link into the search box and select Import “…”. Its songs are added to the end of the set.
- When the set has no songs yet and has an Apple Music playlist link, select Import Apple Music playlist.
When it finishes, you’ll see how many songs were added, how many were already in the set, and how many couldn’t be matched.
Playlist links
The Apple Music playlist link and Spotify playlist link are optional. The app shows them when the set has no songs, and for Open playlist.
See and edit worship sets
Go to Community → Podcast, select the Worship tab, and choose Sets. Sets are listed by date with their song count. Select one to change its Worship image, Songs, or playlist links, then select Save. Delete removes the set from the episode.
If there are no sets yet, you’ll see No worship sets yet. Add a worship image or songs to an episode and its worship set shows here.
Songs
On the Worship tab, choose Songs to see every song your organization has used. Search by title, artist, or CCLI #.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Song | The title, artist, and artwork. |
| CCLI # | The song’s CCLI number, if you’ve added it. |
| Apple Music | Linked when the song is matched on Apple Music, or No match. |
| Spotify | Linked when the song is matched on Spotify, or No match. |
| Sets | How many worship sets use it. |
| Last used | When it was last in a set. |
Add a song
Select New song, enter the Title and, optionally, the Artist and CCLI song #, then select Add song. Leave the links empty and we’ll look for the song on Apple Music and Spotify.
Edit a song or fix its match
Select a song to edit its Title, Artist, or CCLI song # (from SongSelect, used to match the song to set lists).
If a song matched the wrong recording, or didn’t match at all, paste the right link into Apple Music song link or Spotify song link. Clear a link to unlink that service. Select Save.
Remove a song
Select the song, then Remove. It’s removed from your songs, but worship sets that already use it keep it.
