Rewards
Create rewards people can use at your point of sale, like a free coffee for first-time guests.
Rewards are discounts people keep in the app and use at your point of sale, like “Free drink for first-time guests” or “20% off at the bookstore”.
Create a reward
Select New reward
Go to Organization → Rewards.
Design the card
- Image: select Add image.
- Name and Detail.
- Background, Name color, and Detail color.
The Preview shows the card as people see it.
Set the value
- Reward type.
- Amount type: Amount off or Percent off, and the amount.
- Applies to: the point of sale items it can be used on.
Set the limits
- Usage limit: how many times each person can use it.
- Expires, or No expiration.
- Redeem with points: let people claim it by spending points, and set Points to redeem.
- Terms (optional): any fine print.
Save
Give it to people
Select Send to everyone to give the reward to everyone in your organization. Delete reward removes it.
Rewards used show up on POS stats and orders.
