Event seating
Set up tables for a ticketed event, like a banquet or gala.
Seating lets you arrange ticket holders at tables, with an optional host at each one. It works with events that have a ticket.
Seating supports table seating today.
Create seating
Pick the event
Go to Community → Events, select the Seating tab, and pick the event on the left. Events with seating already set up are marked Seating configured.
Set up your tables
- Tables have hosts: turn on if each table has a host, then set the Number of hosts per table.
- Number of people per table.
- Number of tables. You can add and remove tables later.
Select Create seating
Next, seat your guests.
