People going
See who tapped I am Going for an event without tickets, add people, and message them.
When an event doesn’t have a ticket, people see an I am Going button in the app. Tapping it adds them to the event’s People Going list.
Open Community → Events and select the People Going tab. Pick an event on the left from Current Events or Past Events.
What you can do
- Search by name or email, and sort by last name or phone number.
- Add person: add someone who told you they’re coming.
- Remove person: take someone off the list.
- Send update notification: message everyone going.
- Make teams: split the list into teams. See Make teams.
- Download: save the list as a CSV file.
Need a headcount with names, forms, or payment? Give the event a ticket instead.
