Plan a visit
See families who told you they’re coming, check their kids in ahead of time, and mark them as arrived.
When someone uses Plan a visit on your website, they tell you when they’re coming and whether they’re bringing kids. Families with kids can start check-in ahead of time, so Sunday morning is quick. The number next to Plan A Visit in the sidebar shows new visits.
See a visit
Open Community → Plan A Visit and select a visit on the left. Each visit shows:
- Name, Email, Phone number, and whether they want Text messages.
- Date to attend and Service time.
- Children: how many they’re bringing.
- Submitted: when they planned the visit.
