Guest form submissions
Digital connect cards first-time guests fill out on a phone, a kiosk, or by text.
A guest form is your digital connect card. First-time guests fill it out on their phone (from a QR code or a text), on a kiosk, or on your website. Each submission adds the guest to your people and lands here. The number next to Guest Forms in the sidebar shows how many are new.
Read submissions
Open Community → Guest Forms. The tabs switch between Submissions, Create Form, and Locations.
- Select a submission on the left to read it. Each shows the Device and Location it came from.
- Select Add person to add the guest to your people if they aren’t already.
- Use Print form or Download form to keep a copy.
Search submissions by name.
