Create an account and sign in
People can look around the app without an account. They need one to give, get tickets, check in their kids, join groups, or message anyone.
Find your organization
In the Culminate Life app, people pick the organization they’re part of on Find Your Organization. They can search by Name or city, or select See Organizations Near You. If yours doesn’t show up, they should search for the exact name you use in the app (your Name in Organization information).
They can switch later from their profile with Switch Organization.
Create an account
Select Create Account
Enter their details
First name, last name, email, and an optional phone number. A phone number makes check-in faster.
Create a password
At least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
Link what’s already on file
If your organization already has someone with the same email and phone number (say, from a guest form or event registration), they’ll see We Found Your Information. Use My Information links it, so their family and check-in details come with them. Start Fresh makes a new, empty profile instead.
Agree to the terms
They read the Terms of Service and select Agree & Create Account.
They’re asked to turn on notifications next, so they hear when plans change or someone messages them. They can choose what they get.
Sign in
Select Sign In and use the email and password for their Culminate Life account. On iPhone, they can turn on Face ID (or Touch ID) to sign in without typing their password next time. They can turn it off in Settings → Sign-In & Security.
Forgot password
On the sign-in screen, select Forgot Password?, enter the email, and select Send Reset Link. The email can take a few minutes; check spam too.
Delete an account
People can delete their account in Profile → Settings → Delete Account. It permanently removes their information.
